The Same New Job

The fall leaves are so beautiful here; photographs just don't do them justice. The building in this picture is very old (I'm not sure how old, but it's got to be at least 50, if not more). It's home to the Chemical and Biochemical, Biology, and Chemistry departments on the Missouri University of Science & Technology campus here in Rolla. I used to work in this building until two months ago.

Until two months ago I've been working at MS&T as a temp secretary in the Chemical & Biochemical Engineering department. I started working for Dr. Joseph Smith, Ceramic Engineer Professor and Endowed Energy Chair. He wanted to keep me on, so he changed my position to a permanent one. He moved his office and I went with him as his office professional secretary. I still do the same stuff as I have been doing, plus a little more. I now work with another secretary in the Energy Research & Development Center. I am also the receptionist of the Energy Center.
